Festo's New Product of the Month

Pnuematic Control Valves - VFOF/VBNF

For June 2014 Festo's product of the month is VFOF/VBNF Pneumatic Control Valves. The new VFOF is a compact unit which threads directly into the port of a pneumatic cylinder, and has three integrated control valves: a one-way flow control valve to control the speed of the cylinder, an air-piloted check valve to stop the cylinder movement for example in a vertical application, and a manual exhaust valved to vent the air from the check valve during maintenance. The VBNF has two integrated control valves: an air-piloted check valve with manual exhaust. Combining multiple functions into a single compact unit saves money, enables fast assemble and commissioning, simplifies ordering and logistics, and has a reduced leakage thanks to fewer interfaces.
